1. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before shipping.

If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is not applicable.

For prepaid orders, a coupon code will be issued as per our cancellation policy.

1. Sale & Discounts

No return or exchange will be allowed on products purchased during a sale or with discounts.

Products purchased prior to a sale cannot be exchanged during the sale period.

1. Address & Delivery

Refund/Return is not applicable if the customer provides an incomplete or incorrect address.

Refund/Return is also not applicable if the delivery partner makes 3 unsuccessful delivery attempts or if the recipient refuses the package.

1. Refund & Coupon Policy

Refunds will only be provided in the form of a coupon code (as per return/cancellation policies).

A refund coupon code will be provided a maximum of 2 times, traced back to the original order.
