1. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before shipping. If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is not applicable. For prepaid orders, a coupon code will be issued as per our cancellation policy.
2. Sale & Discounts
No return or exchange will be allowed on products purchased during a sale or with discounts. Products purchased prior to a sale cannot be exchanged during the sale period.
3. Address & Delivery
Refunds and returns are not applicable if the customer provides an incomplete or incorrect address. They are also not applicable if the delivery partner makes 3 unsuccessful delivery attempts or if the recipient refuses the package.
4. Refund & Coupon Policy
Refunds will only be provided in the form of a coupon code as per the applicable return or cancellation policy. A refund coupon code will be provided a maximum of 2 times and will be traced back to the original order.
