After completing her MBA, she stepped into her family business of non-ferrous metals during a time of deep financial crisis, learning responsibility and determination early on. Later, she embraced motherhood and homemaking with equal devotion, focusing on nurturing her family and raising her child.

Stepping beyond her comfort zone to pursue her own dream and create something of her own was the most difficult, yet most defining decision of her life. With no business background in jewellery, no e-commerce knowledge, and while balancing the demands of personal and family life, Priyanka started Elega from the living room of her home — with a vision close to her heart: to make women feel elegant, glamorous, and confident, while bringing smiles through every piece of jewellery.
