Return & Refund Policy

At Elega, we value your trust and strive to provide you with the finest quality fashion

jewellery. While we take great care in ensuring every piece reaches you in perfect condition,

we understand that sometimes returns may be necessary. Please read our return & refund

policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Reporting a Damaged or Wrong Product

 If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must inform us

within 48 hours of delivery via email/WhatsApp with order details and

images/videos of the product.

 Claims made after 48 hours will not be eligible for return or refund.


2. Return Conditions

 The item must be returned in its original form:

o Unused and unworn.

o With all tags, box, and original packaging intact.

 Products that are used, damaged, or returned without original packaging will not

qualify for return/refund.

 No returns, exchanges, or refunds are applicable on sale items, discounted

products, or gift cards.


3. Return Shipping

 For standard returns (not damaged/defective/incorrect items):

o We do not have a pickup facility.

o You must arrange shipping at your own cost within 5 days of return approval.

 For defective/damaged/incorrect products:

o Elega will arrange a reverse pickup at no additional cost.


o Reverse pickup will be attempted only once. If you fail to hand over the

product during the pickup attempt, you must ship the product yourself at

your own expense to our warehouse within the approved return period.


4. Refund & Exchange

 Once we receive the returned item, it will undergo a quality check.

 If the product passes quality verification, a store coupon code will be issued as per

our return policy.

 No direct monetary refund will be provided.

 If the product fails the quality check (damaged, used, or missing packaging), no

coupon code or exchange will be issued.


5. Exclusions

 No return or refund will be processed for:

o Items purchased under sale/discount offers.

o Gift cards.

o Products damaged due to mishandling by the customer.
