Elega – General Terms & Conditions

  1. Order Cancellation
    o Orders can only be cancelled before shipping.
    o If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is not applicable.
    o For prepaid orders, a coupon code will be issued as per our cancellation
    policy.
  2. Sale & Discounts
    o No return or exchange will be allowed on products purchased during a sale
    or with discounts.
    o Products purchased prior to a sale cannot be exchanged during the sale
    period.
  3. Address  Delivery
    o Refund/Return is not applicable if the customer provides an incomplete or
    incorrect address.
    o Refund/Return is also not applicable if the delivery partner makes 3
    unsuccessful delivery attempts or if the recipient refuses the package.
  4. Refund & Coupon Policy
    o Refunds will only be provided in the form of a coupon code (as per
    return/cancellation policies).
    o A refund coupon code will be provided a maximum of 2 times, traced back to
    the original order.
